1. Installation:
Copy sgCadImport.dll to YourApplication\PlugIns\ directory.
For example  "C:\Program Files\Tekhnelogos\PowerCad V29 D6\PowerDraw\Plugins\sgCadImport.dll" 
2. Translation:
2.1. Translate right parts of strings in CADPlugin.lng (stored in TranslationFile folder).
2.2. Copy CADPlugin.lng to the same folder where the sgCadImport.dll is situated.
